Sex Education & Intimacy Coaching
Sex education gives you accurate, non-judgmental, evidence-based information about human sexuality. Intimacy coaching helps you cultivate and deepen intimacy — sexual, yes, and also emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Both are inclusive and shame-free, and both start wherever you are.

- You're a parent looking for support in talking with your children and teenagers

- Skills for communication and consent — saying what you want, and hearing what they want
- Making informed choices that line up with your own values and desires
- Exploring sexual intimacy with curiosity instead of pressure
- Self-awareness: understanding your individual needs and wants
