Welcome. These are the terms for using this website, gennamariecoaching.com, which is run by Genna Marie Life Coaching in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. By using the site, you agree to them. They’re short, and they’re written to be read.

1. This is an informational site

The pages, blog posts, and resources here are for general information about life, relationship, and intimacy coaching. They are offered in good faith, but they are not a substitute for working with me directly, and reading them does not create a coaching relationship.

2. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice

Nothing on this site — and nothing in coaching — is therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical advice, or legal or financial advice. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a mental-health, medical, or legal concern, please talk with a licensed professional. I am glad to work alongside your therapist or doctor when that’s the right fit, and I will tell you if I think therapy is a better place to start.

3. If you are in crisis

This site and coaching sessions are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any hour of the day, or call 911.

4. Bookings and payments

Free connection calls, paid sessions, and packages are booked through the scheduler on the Book page. Once you become a client, your sessions, fees, cancellations, and confidentiality are governed by the Life Coaching Agreement, which you sign before your first session. Current prices are on the Packages & Pricing page and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.

5. Your privacy

How your information is collected and used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to Genna Marie Life Coaching unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short excerpts with credit. Please don’t copy whole pages or posts, or use the photos or logo, without asking first.

7. Links to other sites

Some links lead to other websites — the scheduler, payment processors, Instagram, and resources I mention in posts. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and I’m not responsible for their content.

8. No guarantees

I work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. Coaching outcomes depend on many things, including the work you choose to do, so no specific result is guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, Genna Marie Life Coaching is not liable for losses that come from relying on this site’s content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
